Nature's sweetest
gifts — delivered
from our hives
Raw, wildflower honey. Pure beeswax. Living pollinators. Sustainably raised on the Florida soil you trust.
Rooted in the
Florida sun,
shaped by patience
Alberteris Bees Farms grew from a quiet fascination with the invisible architecture of honeybees — how a colony, working as one, can transform nectar into something extraordinary. What began as a small backyard passion in Homestead has become a thriving operation that supplies the Miami-Dade area with raw, unfiltered honey and beeswax products.
We don't rush the harvest. Our bees forage across the diverse flora of South Florida — wildflowers, citrus, and native blooms — producing honey with flavor profiles that shift with the seasons. Every jar carries the taste of this place.

How it begins —
and how it reaches you
Tend the Hives
We inspect, feed, and monitor each colony throughout the season — watching for health, swarm tendency, and honey flow timing.
Wait for the Flow
Honey is ready only when the bees cap the comb — a natural signal that moisture content has dropped and the honey is complete.
Harvest Gently
Frames are uncapped and spun at low speed. No heat, no fine filtration. What comes out is honey in its truest form.
Bottle & Deliver
Honey is strained through a coarse mesh, bottled in our Homestead facility, and shipped or picked up — always fresh, never stored long.
"We switched to Alberteris Bees Farms for our citrus grove pollination two seasons ago. The difference in fruit set was noticeable from year one — and their reliability is unmatched in this area."
